(فإن بدر أجنبي وصلى بغير أذن) الولي، أو صلى البعيد بغير إذن القريب، صح؛ لأن مقصود الصلاة الدعاء للميت وقد حصل، وليس فيها كبير افتيات تشح به الأنفس عادة،
