كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ويرجع المغصوب منه على الغاصب بالزكاة) أي: زكاة المال المغصوب زمن غصبه (لنقصه) أي: المال (بيده) أي: الغاصب (كتلفه) أي: تلف المغصوب بيد الغاصب، فإنه يضمنه، فكذا نقصه.
