وتجب في ضانع كلقطة فحول التعريف على ربها وما بعده على ملتقط:

كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وتجب) الزكاة (في) مال (ضائع كلقطة، فـ) زكاة (حول التعريف على ربها) أي: اللقطة إذا وجدها (و) زكاة (ما بعده) أي: بعد حول التعريف (على ملتقط) لدخول اللقطة في ملكه بمضي حول التعريف بشرطه، كالإرث، فتصير كسائر أمواله.
