(وتجب) الزكاة أيضًا (في مسروق، ومدفون منسي في داره أو غيرها، أو) مال (مذكور) أي: معروف له لكن (جُهل عند مَن هو؟ وفي موروث) ولو جهله، أو عند مَن هو (ومرهون. ويخرجها الراهن منه) أي: من المرهون
