كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(إن أذن له المرتهن، أو لم يكن له مال يؤدّي منه) الزكاة غير المرهون، كأرش جناية العبد المرهون على دينه (وإلا) بأن كان للمراهن مال يؤدي منه الزكاة غير الرهن (فـ) إِنّه يؤديها (من غيره) لتعلق حقّ المرتهن به.
