(إلَّا ما كان زكاته الغنم من الإبل) وهو ما دون خمس وعشرين (فـ) تجب زكاته (في الذمة) كعروض التجارة؛ لأن الفرض يجب من غير المال المزكى، فلا يمكن تعلقه بعينه. (وتتكرر) زكاته (بتكرار الأحوال) لعدم تعلقها بالمال
