(ولا يرجع بائع بعد لزوم بيع في قدرها) أي: الزكاة، حيث قدر على إخراجها من غيره (ويخرجها) أي: الزكاةَ البائعُ، كما لو باع السيد عبده الجاني لزمه فداؤه، ولزم البيع
