(فإن كانت) بنت المخاض (عنده، وهي أعلى من الواجب) عليه فيما بيده (خيّر بين إخراجها وبين شراء بنت مخاض بصفة الواجب) عليه، فيخرجها، ولا يجزئه ابن لبون، لمفهوم ما يأتي.
