كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وأَبْيَنُ) أي: أوضح (من هذين المثالين) السابقين (لو ملك نصابين) أي: ثمانين شاة (شهرًا) أو أقل أو أكثر (ثم باع أحدهما مُشاعًا، كما يأتي قريبًا) فيثبت له حكم الانفراد، بخلاف المشتري.
