(وإن كانت كل عشر منها) أي: من الستين (مختلطة بعشر لآخر، فعليه) أي: رب الستين (شاة، ولا شيء على خلطائه؛ لأنهم لم يختلطوا في نصاب) فلم تؤثر الخلطة؛ لفوات شرطها.
