(ولو مات) مالك الزرع والثمر بعد الاشتداد وبدوّ الصلاح (وله ورثة لم تبلغ حصة واحد منهم نصابًا، لم يؤثر ذلك) في سقوط الزكاة، كموت رب الماشية بعد الحول.
