(ولو ورثه) أي: الحب المشتد أو الثمر بعد بدو صلاحه (من عليه دين، لم يمنع دينُه الزكاة) لأنّها وجبت على المورّث قبل موته، فتؤخذ من تركته، لا على الوارث المدين.
