كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن كان) المخرج (بحاله) بيد الساعي لم يجففه ولم يُصَفِّه (ردّه) لمالكه؛ لفساد القبض، ويطالبه بالواجب (وإن تلف) بيد الساعي (ردّ بدله) لمالكه، فيكون مضمونًا على الساعي.
