كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن احتيج إلى قطع ثمر يجيء منه تمر وزبيب مثلًا، بعد بدوّ صلاحه، وقبل كماله) أي: الثمر، وقوله: (لضعف أصل ونحوه، كخوف عطش أو تحسين بقيته) علة لـ "احتيج" (جاز) قطعه؛ لما فيه من المصلحة.
