(وإذا استيقظ أسير في مطمورة أو) استيقظ (أعمى أو نحوه) كأرمد (من نوم ولا يدري أنوم ليل) هو (أو) نوم (نهار؟ لم يجب غسلهما) ؛ لأنه شك في الوجوب ، والأصل عدمه.
