(وإن وجد فيها) أي: الأرض المملوكة (لقطة، فواجدها أحقُّ) بها (من صاحب الملك) أي: الأرض، فيملكها واجدها بعد التعريف، ورب الأرض أحقُّ بركاز ولقطةٍ من واجد متعدٍّ بدخوله.
