(ونصاب الفضة مائتا درهم) لما في "الصحيحين" من حديث أبي سعيد أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"ليسَ فيما دُونَ خمْسِ أواقٍ صدَقةٌ" والأوقية أربعون درهمًا (و) هي (بالمثاقيل مائة وأربعون مثقالًا. وفيهما) أي: الذهب والفضة
