(وإلا) أي: وإن لم يعلم قَدْر ما في كل دينار أو درهم من الغش (لم يجزئه) إخراج زكاتها منها؛ لأنه لا طريق له إذن إلى العلم بأداء الواجب (إلّا أن يستظهر، فيخرج) منها (قَدْر الزكاة بيقين) فيجزئه؛ لانتفاء المانع.
