(ولا يلزم قَبول رديء عن جيد في عقد وغيره) كقيمة متلف، وأرش جناية؛ لانصراف الإطلاق إلى الجيد. (ويثبت الفسخ) في البيع ونحوه إذا بان عوضه المعين معيبًا، كالمبيع.
