(ولو ملك سائمةٌ للتجارة نصفَ حول، ثم قطع نية التجارة) فيها (استأنف) بها (حولًا) مِن قطْع النية؛ لأن حول التجارة انقطع بقطع النية، وحول السوم لا ينبني على حول التجارة.
