(ولا من تلزمُه نفقةُ زوجته الأمَة ليلًا فقط، بل هي على سيدها) أي: لو تزوج أمَةَ، وتسلمها ليلًا فقط، ففطرتها على السيد دون الزوج؛ لأنها وقت الوجوب في نوبة السيد.
