(ولا) تجب فطرة (من وَجَبت نفقتُه في بيت المال، كعبد الغنيمة قبل القسمة، و) عبد (الفيء ونحو ذلك) كاللقيط؛ لأن ذلك ليس بإنفاق، وإنما هو إيصال المال في حقه.
