(فإن أخّرها عنه) أي: عن يوم الفطر (أثم) لتأخيره الواجب عن وقته؛ ولمخالفته الأمر (وعليه القضاء) لأنها عبادة، فلم تسقط بخروج الوقت، كالصلاة.
