(ويجوزُ تعجيل زكاة الثمر بعد ظُهوره، و) تعجيل زكاة التمر (بعد طلوع الطَّلْع قبل تشقُّقه) وهو من عطف الخاص على العام، (و) تعجيل زكاة (الزرع بعد نباته، إذ ظُهوره) أي: الثمر والزرع (كالنصاب) الذي هو السبب (وإدراكه) أي: الثمر والزرع (كَحَوَلانِ الحول) فلذلك صح التعجيل
