(وإن عجَّل زكاة النصاب، فتمَّ الحول وهو) أي: النصاب (ناقص قَدْر ما عجَّله، أجزأ، إذ المُعجَّل في حكم الموجود) في ملكه حقيقة، أو تقديرًا؛ ولهذا يتم به النصاب.
