(وإن عجَّل عن أربعين شاة شاتين من غيرها) لحولين، أجزأ؛ لبقاء النصاب. (أو) عجَّل عن أربعين شاة (شاة منها، وأخرى من غيرها، أجزأ عن الحولين) لما تقدم من أن المُعجَّل في حكم الموجود.
