(ولا يقضي منها دين ميت غَرِمَ لمصلحة نفسه أو غيره) حكاه أبو عبيد وابن عبد البر إجماعًا (لعدم أهليته) أي: الميت (لقَبولها، كما لو كفنه) أي: ربّ المال (منها) أي: من الزكاة.
