(ولو سأله من ظاهره الفقر أن يعطيه شيئًا) وأطلق، فدفع إليه، ثم اختلفا: هل هو قرض أو صدقة؟ (قُبِلَ قول الدافع في كونه قرضًا) لأنه أدرى بنيته (كسؤاله مقدارًا) ، كعشرة دراهم) لأن التقدير قرينة القرض.
