(ويجوز الدفع) أي: دفع الإمام أو المالك الزكاة (إلى سيده) أي: سيد المُكاتَب (بلا إذنه) أي: إذن المُكاتَب، كوفاء دين المدين بها (وهو) أي: دفع الزكاة إلى سيد المُكاتَب (الأَولى) من دفع الزكاة إلى المُكاتَب؛
