(فـ) قاعدة (المذهب) كما ذكره المجد وتبعه في "الفروع" وغيره (أن من أخذ بسببٍ يستقرُّ الأخذ به، وهو الفقر والمَسْكنة، والعمالة، والتألُّف، صَرَفه فيما شاء كسائر ماله) لأن الله تعالى أضاف إليهم الزكاة بلام الملك
