(ولا) يجوز دفع الزكاة (إلى عبدٍ كامل الرِّق، ولو كان سيده فقيرًا) لأن نفقته واجبة على سيده، فهو غني بغناه، وما يدفع إليه لا يملكه، وإنما يملكه سيده، فكأنه دفع إليه
