كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وأما من بعضُه حر، فيأخذ بقَدْر حريته بنسبته من كفايته) فمن نصفه حر يأخذ تمام نصف كفايته، وهكذا (ما لم يكن) العبد (عاملًا) لأن ما يأخذه أجرة يستحقها سيده، والمراد غير المكاتَب، كما تقدم.
