(وإن تلفت) الزكاة (في يد القابض) لها مع عدم أهليته لما سبق (ضَمِنها؛ لعدم ملكه) لها (بهذا القبض، وهو قَبضٌ باطل، لا يجوز له قبضه) لعدم أهليته.
