(وتُستحبُّ) صدقة التطوُّع (بالفاضل عن كفايته، و) عن (كفاية من يَمونه دائمًا بـ) سبب (مَتْجر، أو غلَّة ملكٍ) من ضيعة أو عقار (أو وَقْفٍ، أو صنعة) أو عطاء من بيت المال.
