(أو أصبح) الصائمُ (وفي فِيهِ طعامٌ فَلَفَظَه) أي: رماه، لم يفطر؛ لعدم إمكان التحرُّز منه، ولا يخلو منه صائم غالبًا. (أو شقَّ) عليه (لفظه) أي: رمي الطعام الذي أصبح بفمه؛ لعدم تميزه عن ريقه (فَبَلعه مع ريقه بغير قَصد، أو جرى ريقه ببقية طعام تعذَّر رميه) لم يفطر بذلك؛ لما سبق. (أو بلع) الصائمُ (ريقه عادة) لم يفطر
