(ولو جامع يعتقده ليلًا، فَبَان نهارًا، وَجَبَ) عليه (القضاء والكفَّارة) لما تقدم: أنه لا فرقَ بين العامد وغيره. وعلى قياسه: لو جامع يوم الثلاثين مِن شعبان، ثم ثَبَتَ أنه مِن رمضان.
