(ويَفسد صومها بذلك) أي: بوطئها معذورة، فيلزمها القضاء.

قال في "الشرح": بغير خِلاف نعلمه في المذهب؛ لأنه نوعٌ مِن المفطرات، فاستوى فيه الرَّجُل والمرأة، كالأكل. نصَّ عليه في المُكرهة.
