(وإن كان صوم كفَّارة تخيير) كفِدية أذى (وجبت الكفَّارة في ماله) لتعذُّر الصوم؛ لأن ما وجب بأصل الشرع منه لا تدخله النيابة، كما يأتي . ويأتي حكم كفَّارة اليمين وغيرها في الباب بعده .
