(ويحرم صومُ يومي العيدين، ولا يصحُّ فرضًا ولا نَفْلًا) لما روى أبو هريرة: "أنَّ رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - نهى عن صَومِ يومينِ: يوم فطر ويوم أضحى" متفق عليه (١) . والنهيُ يقتضي فسادَ المنهي عنه وتحريمه.
