(ولخوف مِن فتنة على نفسه، أو حُرْمتِه، أو ماله نَهبًا وحريقًا ونحوه) كالغرق ؛ لأنه عُذِرَ في تَرك الواجب بأصل الشرع كالجُمُعةِ، فههنا أَولى.
