(وإن خَرَج) المعتكف (مِن المسجد ناسيًا، لم يبطل) اعتكافُه؛ لحديث:"عُفِي لأمتي عن الخطأ والنِّسيان وما استُكرهُوا عليه". (ويبني) على اعتكافه (إذا زال العُذرُ في الكُلِّ) أي: كل ما تقدم أن الاعتكاف لا يبطل فيه
