(فإن وطئ) المعتكف (في فَرْجٍ ولو ناسيًا، فَسَدَ اعتكافُه) لما روى حَربٌ في "مسائله" عن ابن عباس قال: "إذا جامعَ المعتكفُ، بَطلَ اعتِكافُهُ، واستأنَفَ الاعتكافَ"؛ ولأن الاعتكاف عبادة تَفسد بالوطء عمدًا، فكذلك سهوًا، كالحجِّ
