كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن لم يُزِلها) أي: البصقة أو النخامة، ونحوها (فاعلُها، لزم غيرَه) مِن كل مَن علم بها (إزالتُها بدَفن) إن كانت أرضُه حصباءَ ونحوها (أو غيره) كمسح بثوب ونحوه، إن لم تكن أرضُه كذلك.
