(ولا يصحُّ) الحجُّ (منه) أي: من المجنون، ولا العُمْرة (إن عَقَده بنفسه، أو عَقَده له وليُّه) كالصوم، وإنما صحَّ من الصغير دون التمييز إذا عَقَده له وليُّه؛ للنصِّ .
