(ولو كان مَحْرَمُها زوجَها) فيجب لها عليه بقَدرِ نفقة الحضر كما تقدم؛ وما زاد فعليها (فيُعتبر أن تملك زادًا وراحلة لهما) أي: لها ولمَحْرَمها، صالحين لمثلهما
