(ويجوز) إحرامه (من سائر الحَرَم) لما تقدم (و) يجوز إحرامه (من الحلِّ، كالعُمرة) وكما لو خرج إلى الميقات الشرعي. ومنع القاضي وأصحابه وجوب إحرامه من مكَّة والحرم (ولا دَمَ عليه) لعدم الدليل على وجوبه.
