(وميقات العُمْرة) الزماني (جميعُ العام) لعدم المخصِّص لها بوقت دون آخر (ولا يُكره الإحرام بها يوم النَّحر، و) لا يوم (عَرَفة، و) لا (أيام التشريق) كالطواف المجرَّد؛ إذ الأصل عدم الكراهة، ولا دليل عليها.
