(ولا ينعقد) أي: ينقلب (إحرامُه بالحجِّ) قبل ميقاته المكاني أو الزماني (عُمْرة) خلافًا لما اختاره الآجري وابن حامد. نقل أبو طالب وسِندي : يلزمه الحج، إلا أن يفسخه بعُمْرة ، فله ذلك على ما يأتي.
