كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(لا) يخرج منه (بجُنونٍ، وإغماءٍ، وسُكْرٍ، وموتٍ) لخبر المُحْرِم الذي وقصته راحلته (ولا ينعقدُ) الإحرام (مع وجود أحدها) أي: الجنون، أو الإغماء، أو السُّكْر؛ لعدم أهليته للنية (وتقدَّم بعض ذلك) موضحًا .
