(ويجب على المتمتِّع دمٌ) إجماعًا ؛ لقوله تعالى:{فَمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ} الآية. وهو دَمُ (نُسُك، لا) دم (جبرانٍ) لما تقدم من أفضلية التمتُّع على غيره (بسبعة شروط)
